We support both large and small brands and our infrastructure allows us to offer a full manufacturing solution from prototype development to full scale production.Can you produce samples and prototypes?We offer a prototyping service for the purposes of range development, which allows you to perfect your designs before committing to full scale production. Because the majority of the items we produce are made completely to your specifications, this is carried out before bulk production commences and the sample is sent to you in image form, or if you prefer, physically posted to you for approval. What is your delivery date?Normally the delivery date is 20-40 days. It depend on how big is the order, and whether need to open the hardware mode or whether need to order the material. If confirm the delivery date with customers, most of time we can ship out the goods on time. but unfortunately some uncontrolled case happened, as a result the delivery date delay, we would inform customer what happened and give the definite date and negotiate how to compensate, until the customer can accept and understand. Anyway we would try my best to service well.What is production capacity?Monthly production capacity is about 30,000 pcs.How to solve the quality problem?98% quality is acceptable, we have our quality inspecting team to inspect and control the quality, and usually we would make 2% more to ensure even though 2% defect, we still can send the same order quantity for customer.
Can you help to ship the goods door to door?We have rights of self managed import and export. So we can ship and clean the customs for you.
What is your payment way?There is two ways, one is 30% deposite after signing contact , and 70% balance before shipping the goods, another way is L/C at sight
Can you keep secret for my own design?Yes, if is necessary we can sign the secrecy agreement and promise do not show to any other customers.
What is the date of making sample?About 7--15 days.Do you make free samples?No, all the samples would charge, and the amount depend how much the sample cost.How about the after-service?Usually the term of validity is 6 months, and if it is quality problem we would repair for you and if can not repair we would refund the cost double to you, if it is man-made damage, we ca not compensate for cost.
